About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Insight & Analytics Team within the Operations department. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in working with data from various IT platforms and teams to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain automated analytical dashboards using market-leading tools.
  • Build and refine data ETL processes using scripting languages such as SQL.
  • Independently resolve data issues and provide automated analytical solutions.
  • Collaborate with Senior Data Analysts to develop and implement consistent data terminologies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize data delivery and infrastructure.
  • Deliver high-quality data insights using visualization tools.
  • Develop data models and support the development of data sets.
  • Build and maintain effective SLA/KPI monitoring dashboards.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics using data visualization software.
  • Qualification or experience in using Tableau.
  • Experience with relational SQL databases.
  • Experience in delivering automated solutions and driving quality in data inputs.
  • Experience in working with business stakeholders to translate their expertise into data solutions.
