Role Overview
As a Lead Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will lead and mentor a team of Business and Data Analysts, guiding them in translating complex data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coach a team of Business and Data Analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business challenges and opportunities for data-driven solutions.
- Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support strategic planning and operational efficiency.
- Translate complex data into clear, concise reports and visualizations that inform decision-making at all levels.
- Stay abreast of emerging data analytics trends and technologies, recommending best practices for adoption within the organization.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in a data-driven environment. You should have:
- Extensive experience in data analysis, including statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and data visualization.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of business processes and operations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
