About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Insight & Analytics Team. As a key member of our Operations department, you will work closely with Senior Data Analysts to deliver high-quality data insights and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain automated analytical dashboards using market-leading tools.
  • Build and optimize data ETL processes using scripting languages such as SQL.
  • Independently problem-solve data issues and provide automated analytical solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement internal process improvements.
  • Deliver high-quality data insights applications using Tableau.
  • Develop data models with support from Senior Data Analysts and Data Architects.
  • Support development of data sets and collect data requirements from stakeholders.
  • Build and develop effective SLA/KPI monitoring dashboards.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics using data visualization software in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Qualification or proven experience in using Tableau.
  • Experience with relational SQL databases.
  • Experience of delivering automated solutions for reporting/insight applications.
  • Experience of developing analytical solutions using a range of tools and data modelling/transformation techniques.
