As a key member of our contact centre team, you will play a vital role in assessing medical reports, liaising with healthcare professionals, and providing excellent customer service to our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess medical reports and evaluate eligibility for health insurance options
- Liaise with healthcare professionals to obtain relevant medical information
- Provide clear and concise communication to members regarding their eligibility and coverage
- Review and process paperwork, including new business applications and maintenance of existing membership
- Identify and analyze data to make sound decisions and recommendations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a busy contact centre environment with strong customer focus skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate sensitive medical information
- Good attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficient keyboard skills and ability to navigate PC systems
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
