Product Change Management Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Product Change Management Intern. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of engineering change management and the introduction of new, unique, and upgraded parts and products within our plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product introduction and change management processes
  • Prepare and present detailed department scorecards for review by senior management
  • Collect and analyze data using Oracle, Excel, and Windchill to inform business decisions
  • Develop a deep understanding of our global organization and its operations
  • Work with external business functions to understand the entire new part introduction process

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or a related field
  • Proficient in MS Office, with knowledge of Windchill a plus
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
