Job Summary: Accounts Administrator

Danscot Limited is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team in Perth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable company in the printing and design sector, utilizing your accounting skills to drive our financial operations forward. As part of our team, you'll be responsible for managing our sales and purchase ledgers, reconciling VAT payments, and providing excellent customer service.

Salary: £24,000 - 26,000 per annum

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales and purchase ledgers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Reconcile VAT payments, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Contribute to our ISO accreditation efforts, adhering to quality control procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing queries and resolving issues efficiently.


Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work accurately under pressure, meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.
