Role Overview:

Ardagh Group is seeking a highly skilled Sales & CRM Analyst to join our Group IT team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading requirements gathering sessions, documenting requirements, and implementing smaller solutions based on Dynamics 365 configuration with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions and document requirements for Dynamics 365 configuration projects.
  • Implement smaller solutions based on Dynamics 365 configuration with business stakeholders.
  • Support sprint planning and provide updates on progress at daily stand-ups.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define the best technical solution for projects.
  • Build and configure solutions using Dynamics 365.
  • Develop prototypes and proof of concept solutions.
  • Gather requirements and create specifications for projects.
  • Run information gathering workshops to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Professional experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, and Marketing.
  • Professional experience with Power Platform (Power Apps Portals, Canvas, and Model Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Professional experience with methods and tools used to customize and develop Dynamics 365.
  • Experience with Office 365 (SharePoint, Teams).
  • Solution design and wireframing skills to ensure design and layout meet project requirements.
  • Strong workshop, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of DevOps and testing methodologies.
  • Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean, and Agile are desirable.
  • Working proficiency in English is required.
