About the Role

The Analyst is hiring for a HR Manager or HR Business Partner, responsible for building and shaping a working environment in which the team can thrive professionally and personally.

Main Responsibilities
  • Employee Lifecycle - Take ownership of the end-to-end employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, talent and performance management, learning, employee engagement, culture & wellbeing.
  • People Strategy - Contribute to the development of the organisation's people strategy and lead the processes and structures that support achievement of this.
  • Employment Policies - Develop effective employment policies and processes that comply with the most current legislation, regulations, accepted professional standards, and that support the organisation's aims - ensure they are fully embedded, understood and followed.
  • Team Objectives - Drive delivery of team objectives across the business.
  • Annual Review - Lead the annual review process and support the CEO and Management Team in preparation for this.
  • People Matters - Provide expert guidance on a variety of people matters using your ER experience to navigate the business and employee through to a positive conclusion.
  • Manager Support - Support managers to effectively deal with all people related issues.
  • Organizational Culture - Take a lead role in transforming and strengthening the organisational culture, and role model the organisation's values and ways of working.
  • Continuous Improvement - Drive for continuous improvement in all areas of responsibility.
