Job Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support in a fast-paced office setting
* Answer phone calls, handle customer inquiries, and take in work orders
* Record faults in detail and arrange maintenance staff to resolve issues on site
* Create work jobs on the database, prioritise tasks, and update the maintenance team
* Arrange diaries for various tradespeople and inform clients about scheduled work
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:
* Proven experience in administration or a related field
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain confidentiality when needed
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* A reliable and flexible approach to work
* Estimated salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
