Customer Support Coordinator

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Service Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administration support in a busy office environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the maintenance team, including recording electrical and mechanical faults from customers and creating work jobs on the system.
- Recording job details onto the database and updating the maintenance team.
- Maintaining and updating customer databases, handling office correspondence, and arranging internal meetings.
- Filing, faxing, photocopying, and other general administration tasks as required.
About You:
- Excellent administration and data entry skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and planning and organisational skills.
About the Role:
- Salary: £25,000 per annum.
- 30 days annual leave.
