Therapeutic Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Therapeutic Support Specialist to join our team at the Spencer Clarke Group. As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will provide clinical support across specialist schools and children's homes for young people with complex needs.
About the Role:
As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work closely with educational and residential staff to create therapeutic living and learning environments. Your responsibilities will include conducting clinical assessments, formulating individualised interventions, and collaborating with teams to ensure therapeutic support is integrated into all aspects of education, care, and support.
Requirements:
- Be a qualified Speech and Language Therapist registered with the HCPC.
- Experience in delivering therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs.
Compensation: The estimated salary range for this position is £42,187 - £50,964 per annum, reflecting the requirements and expectations of the role.
