SalaryThe total package with bonuses ranges from £68,625 to £72,825, including a £7,000 bonus package for achieving a "good" or "outstanding" Ofsted rating, as well as performance-related bonuses.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Lead the therapeutic care team to provide high-quality support to children with childhood trauma
- Develop and implement robust operating processes and procedures to achieve a minimum Ofsted Rating of Good
- Collaborate with the management team to maintain a safe and supportive environment for children
Essential Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce
- LEVEL 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in Residential Childcare and working alongside young people
- A valid driving licence
