Job Title: Executive Care Services Coordinator

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled professional to coordinate the planning and implementation of care within our care home in Hexham. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of service delivery and managing a team of caregivers.

About the Role:
  • Full-time position with 38.5 hours per week on a permanent basis
  • Day shifts only
  • A competitive hourly rate of £13.50 per hour, translating to an excellent annual salary of approximately £27,027.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate the planning and implementation of high-quality care services
  2. Supervise and manage a team of caregivers to ensure exceptional standards of care
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve care delivery and quality of life for residents
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 & Medication Training
  • Experience as a senior caregiver or in a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team to deliver outstanding results
