- Managing inquiries: Respond promptly and efficiently to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate information and excellent customer service.

- Maintaining office supplies: Ensure the reception area is well-stocked with necessary supplies and equipment, replenishing as needed to support the smooth running of the office.

- Scheduling appointments: Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.

- Administrative support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including filing, data entry, and assisting with special projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous reception or customer service experience is preferred, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
  • Tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
