We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Solicitor to join our progressive and Top 40 UK Law Firm in London.

The firm advises multinational corporations, start-ups, and HNWI's in key sectors such as health, private wealth, education, insurance, charities, agriculture, real estate investment, food and beverage, sport, and technology.
The OpportunityOur client's reputable corporate group is looking to make a pivotal team hire and bring on a Senior Associate to join their London team.
The team advises clients ranging from start-ups and spinouts to substantial companies, management teams, and institutions on a broad range of corporate issues and transactions, often with an international aspect.
As a Senior Corporate Solicitor, you will be responsible for:
- A broad mix of corporate work including M&A, corporate finance, private equity, and venture capital, fundraising, shareholder agreements, and joint ventures
- General corporate advisory work
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Corporate Solicitor to work directly with the Head of Corporate and Head of Venture Capital, both of whom are award-winning leaders in their field.
RequirementsTo be considered for this opportunity, you should have:
- Qualified Corporate Solicitor with between 4 - 6 years' PQE
- Ability to confidentially run transactional work
- Strong experience in M&A is mandatory, and experience in VC funds and investment rounds is desirable
- Genuine interest in participating in marketing and business development activities
- Desire to mentor and coach junior team members
