CV-Library, a leading job search platform, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Solicitor to join their team in London. As a Senior Corporate Solicitor, you will be responsible for a broad mix of corporate work, including M&A, corporate finance, private equity, and venture capital, as well as general corporate advisory work.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Corporate Solicitor to work directly with the Head of Corporate and Head of Venture Capital, both of whom are award-winning leaders in their field. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of corporate issues and transactions, including fundraising, shareholder agreements, and joint ventures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a broad mix of corporate work, including M&A, corporate finance, private equity, and venture capital
  • Provide general corporate advisory work
  • Work closely with the Head of Corporate and Head of Venture Capital
Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to have:

  • Qualified Corporate Solicitor with between 4 - 6 years' PQE
  • Ability to confidentially run transactional work
  • Strong experience in M&A is mandatory and experience in VC funds and investment rounds is desirable
  • Genuine interest in participating marketing and business development activities
  • Desire to mentor and coach junior team members
