Senior Corporate Tax Solicitor

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Tax Solicitor to support our Corporate Team on a consultancy basis. If you are a motivated Corporate Solicitor with a passion for the tax aspects of M&A, investments, and SEIS and EIS reliefs, we invite you to consider this opportunity.
About the Role- A UK Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 10 years plus PQE experienced in corporate law, with a focus on tax aspects of M&A and investment transactions, and SEIS and EIS reliefs.
- Lead in drafting and negotiating tax covenants and tax warranties, and assisting clients with tax disclosures.
- Assist clients with applications for advance assurance in respect of SEIS and EIS reliefs, and deal with HMRC requisitions on the same.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance principles, tax law, and regulatory frameworks governing M&A transactions and investments.
