We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Solicitor to join our progressive and reputable full-service Law Firm in London.
Our client is a highly respected Law Firm with offices in all major UK cities, boasting an exceptional reputation across the country.
With a strong focus on corporate law, our team advises multinational corporations, start-ups, and high net worth individuals in key sectors such as health, private wealth, education, insurance, charities, agriculture, real estate investment, food and beverage, sport, and technology.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad mix of corporate work, including M&A, corporate finance, private equity, and venture capital, as well as general corporate advisory work.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Corporate Solicitor to work directly with the Head of Corporate and Head of Venture Capital, both award-winning leaders in their field.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising clients on corporate transactions and issues
- Managing transactional work with confidentiality
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Mentoring and coaching junior team members
Requirements:
- Qualified Corporate Solicitor with 4-6 years' PQE
- Strong experience in M&A and corporate finance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
