Senior Corporate Solicitor Opportunity at Birchrose Associates

We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Solicitor to join our progressive and Top 40 UK Law Firm in London. Our client is a highly reputable full-service Law Firm with offices in all of the UK's major cities, boasting an exceptional reputation across the country.

With a strong focus on corporate law, our client advises multinational corporations, start-ups, and high net worth individuals in key sectors such as health, private wealth, education, insurance, charities, agriculture, real estate investment, food and beverage, sport, and technology.

The firm's Corporate group is well-established and accredited for their expertise in Venture Capital and Equity Capital Markets by the Legal 500.

As a Senior Corporate Solicitor, you will work directly with the Head of Corporate and Head of Venture Capital, both award-winning leaders in their field. You will advise clients on a broad range of corporate issues and transactions, including M&A, corporate finance, private equity, and venture capital, fundraising, shareholder agreements, and joint ventures.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Corporate Solicitor to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our client's Corporate group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on corporate law matters, including M&A, corporate finance, private equity, and venture capital
  • Working with the Head of Corporate and Head of Venture Capital to develop and implement corporate strategies
  • Providing expert advice on fundraising, shareholder agreements, and joint ventures
  • Collaborating with other departments to deliver exceptional client service
