Job Title: Shift Team Leader

Princes Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Team Leader to join our Operations team. As a Shift Team Leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the team in achieving maximum utilisation of resources and equipment to meet production targets.
  • Deputise for Shift Operations Manager as required.
  • Proactively manage the team to meet daily/weekly production plan demand.
  • Ensure operational flexibility is maintained with efficient utilisation of resources of the site support functions (Engineering, Logistics, Technical).
  • Ensure the safety of our people and products.
  • Focus on short to medium-term week 1 to week 4.
  • Operate within a unionised environment where continuous improvement is essential in all areas to support the business needs and working towards "best in class".
  • Build strong relationships with team members, peers, and colleagues.
  • Ensure the right values and behaviours are actively role modelled and encouraged.
  • Ensure the supply chain strategy is embedded throughout the team and department.
  • Manage budgets and assist in any capital expenditure projects.
