Job Title: Shift Team Leader

Princes Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Team Leader to join our Operations team. As a Shift Team Leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the team in achieving maximum utilization of resources and equipment to meet production targets.
  • Deputize for the Shift Operations Manager as required.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Ensure operational flexibility and efficient utilization of resources.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Build strong relationships with team members, peers, and colleagues.
  • Role model and encourage the right values and behaviors.
  • Embed the supply chain strategy throughout the team and department.
  • Manage budgets and assist in capital expenditure projects.
Requirements:
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work with others and lead self and others.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Planning and organizing skills.
  • Cost reduction initiatives.
  • IT literacy, including SAP skills.
  • Management and leadership skills.
