Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Shift Team Leader to join our Operations team at Princes Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the team to achieve efficient production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the team to ensure maximum utilization of resources and equipment to achieve efficient production of Right First Time products.
  • Deputize for Shift Operations Manager as required.
  • Proactively manage the team to meet daily/weekly production plan demand.
  • Ensure operational flexibility is maintained with efficient utilization of resources of the site support functions (Engineering, Logistics, Technical).
  • Ensure the safety of our people and products.
  • Focus on short to medium-term week 1 to week 4.
  • Operate within a unionized environment where continuous improvement is essential in all areas to support the business needs and working towards 'best in class'.
  • Build strong relationships with team members, peers, and colleagues to drive success.
  • Ensure the right values and behaviors are actively role-modeled and encouraged.
  • Ensure the supply chain strategy is embedded throughout the team and department.
  • Manage budgets and assist in any capital expenditure projects.
