Job Role

We are seeking an experienced Independent Living Specialist to join our team in Oswestry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our clients to live independently and achieving their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • To work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • To develop and implement personalized support plans to enable our clients to live independently
  • To work collaboratively with our staff to ensure that they have the necessary training and resources to deliver excellent care and support
  • To contribute to the development of our policies and procedures to ensure that they are aligned with our values and objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as social work or healthcare
  • Extensive experience in a care organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
