We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is seeking a skilled Emergency Response Specialist to join our team in Shropshire. As an on-call firefighter, you will be part of a close-knit team that provides essential fire cover at 22 stations across the region.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be physically fit, and able to work well under pressure. We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, plus a retaining fee of £5,000 per year.

In this role, you will respond to emergency situations, including fires, floods, and road traffic collisions. You will also participate in regular training sessions to ensure you are up-to-date with the latest techniques and procedures.

To be eligible for this position, you must live or work within five minutes of an on-call fire station, be over 18 years old, and be physically fit. Our recruitment process includes an online registration form, interview, job-related tests, medical and fitness test.
