About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Community Phlebotomy Service as a Senior Healthcare Support Worker. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career and work autonomously to run Phlebotomy and other clinical skilled clinics across multiple Community Hospital sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support patients who require Phlebotomy care within the community
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to ensure safe and efficient delivery of care
  • Work closely with the community ambulatory care team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Manage patient case loads and run clinics independently
Requirements
  • Active interest in supporting patients who require Phlebotomy care
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective care plans
