About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Community Phlebotomy Service as a Senior Healthcare Support Worker. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career and work autonomously to run Phlebotomy and other clinical skilled clinics across multiple Community Hospital sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support patients who require Phlebotomy care within the community
  • Develop and implement effective Phlebotomy and clinical skilled clinics
  • Work closely with the community ambulatory care team to ensure safe and effective care delivery
  • Manage patient case loads and work autonomously to run clinics
Requirements

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering excellent patient care and has a keen interest in developing new skills. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
