About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support in a community setting
  • Work autonomously to run Phlebotomy clinics and manage patient case loads
  • Collaborate with the community ambulatory care team to ensure safe and effective care delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvements and initiatives
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent patient care and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Phlebotomy procedures and protocols
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
