The Job Description

We seek an experienced Care Assistant to join our dedicated team, supporting residents with their daily lives and promoting independence where possible. Your role will involve assisting with personal care, mobility, and daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver high-quality care and support to residents with mental health conditions and dementia.
  2. Work collaboratively with the nursing and care team to meet individual resident needs.
  3. Observe and report any changes in residents' health or well-being to senior staff.

  • Passion for caring for residents with mental health conditions and dementia.
  • Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts on a rota basis.
