About the Role

The Vehicle Servicing Coordinator role plays a crucial part in our setup. This position, based out of our Cricklewood hub, ensures the business has vehicles available to customers via various product lines and guarantees our fleet is cleaned, serviced, and damage assessed before handing over the keys.

  • Maintenance Checks: Performing routine inspections, completing occasional on-site servicing, and handling MOT vehicle runs.
  • Cleanliness & Presentation: Ensure vehicles are cleaned, serviced, and presented to a high standard, making them ready for customer use or delivery.
  • Vehicle Inspections: Regularly inspect vehicles to ensure they meet safety and regulatory standards, alongside accident assessment, damage, and vehicle issues.
  • Telematics Installation: Manage the installation and calibration of Geotab systems in vehicles to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • TFL Compliance: Oversee TFL inspection days at our hub to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately track the location, status, and condition of each vehicle in the inventory system.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and manage keys and documentation related to vehicles, including V5C, MOTs, insurance, and inspection reports, maintaining accurate records of work performed.
  • Hub Efficiency: Manage the hub yard and coordinate the movement of vehicles within the facility to optimize space and operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Support: Offer responsive and effective support to internal stakeholders and external vendors.Requirements
  1. Proven experience in vehicle management, including documentation, repairs, servicing, and maintenance.
  2. Attention to detail in conducting vehicle inspections and managing documentation.
  3. Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve issues related to vehicle operations and servicing.
  4. A current and valid full UK drivers license.
  5. Comfortable commuting and working out of our Cricklewood Hub.
