Job Summary

The Vehicle Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our fleet, ensuring that vehicles are properly maintained, repaired, and serviced in a timely manner. This includes overseeing repairs and servicing, coordinating with vendors and dealerships, and maintaining accurate records of vehicle inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and Servicing: Work with authorized vendors, dealerships, and body shops to ensure timely and effective repairs, MOTs, and servicing, minimizing vehicle downtime.
  • TFL Inspection Days: Oversee TFL inspection days at our hub to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Vehicle Inventory Records: Accurately track the location, status, and condition of each vehicle in the inventory system.
  • Geotab Fitting: Manage the installation and calibration of Geotab telematics systems in vehicles to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Vehicle Inspections: Perform regular inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and regulatory standards.
  • Vehicle Documentation & Keys: Prepare and manage keys and documentation related to vehicles, including V5C, MOTs, insurance, and inspection reports.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a valid full UK driver's license. The ideal candidate will be comfortable commuting and working out of our Cricklewood Hub.
