Vehicle Delivery Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Vehicle Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Auto Skills UK's Accident Repair Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the safe and efficient delivery of vehicles to agreed destinations.

About the Role:
  • You will coordinate the delivery of vehicles to agreed locations, ensuring a high level of safety awareness.
  • Develop effective relationships with colleagues to improve overall efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain a strong focus on Health and Safety, adhering to all relevant procedures and guidelines.
  • Ensure vehicles are driven in a responsible and safe manner, notifying management when servicing or repairs are required.
  • Respond promptly to accidents and insurance claims, adhering to company procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, treating customers and suppliers with courtesy and respect.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and senior management.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the local area around the repair centre.
  • A customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • A safe and competent driving style, with knowledge of roads and motorways across the UK.
  • A full, valid, and clean UK Driving Licence.

This role offers a competitive salary of £35,425 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in ensuring the smooth delivery of vehicles to our customers.
