About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Educational Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team at Outcomes First Group. The successful candidate will work closely with our clinical staff to provide psychological assessment and guidance to education teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive psychological assessments for pupils in our schools
  • Collaborate with education teams to develop and implement therapeutic interventions
  • Offer supervision and support to colleagues within the clinical team
  • Communicate effectively with families, carers, and specialist agencies
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to ensure expertise in Trauma Informed and Neurodiversity Affirming practice

Essential Criteria

  • Doctoral or master's professional qualification in Educational Psychology
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Proven ability to work creatively and passionately to improve outcomes for pupils
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
