About the Role

We are seeking an Assistant Psychologist to join our team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a fully skilled and highly specialist multi-disciplinary team to engage and support interventions, collect important data for Ashford, and participate in research projects to improve outcomes for the local young people using the service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the group programme.
  • Offer evidence-based interventions to young people.
  • Collect and feedback routine outcome measures.
  • Contribute to multi-disciplinary team discussions.
  • Support audit processes.
  • School observations.
  • Research projects for service development.

About NELFT

NELFT place a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust. All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks, including mandatory training, systems training, and the allocation of equipment.

Probationary Period

This post will be subject to a probationary period. Internal applicants are exempt from the probationary period, unless they are currently part way through a probationary period or are a bank member of staff.
