Senior Registered Psychologist - Psychology Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Registered Psychologist to join our Psychology Services team at HMP Bronzefield. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological services to prisoners, including risk assessments, treatment planning, and supervision of trainee psychologists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct complex risk assessments and develop treatment plans for prisoners
  • Provide supervision and training to trainee psychologists
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive services to prisoners
  • Contribute to the development of psychology services and policies

Requirements:

  • Registered Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council
  • Experience in providing clinical supervision and training
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Arrangements:

This is a full-time position, working 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the service.
