About the Role

As a dedicated Educational Psychologist, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing psychological assessment and intervention for pupils within schools. You will work closely with education teams to offer guidance and support, and engage in professional development training for all staff.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of therapeutic environments and the implementation of Trauma Informed and Neurodiversity Affirming practice within Outcomes First Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychological assessment and intervention for pupils within schools
  • Offer guidance for education teams
  • Engage in professional development training for all staff
  • Communicate with families/carers and specialist agencies
Requirements
  • A doctoral or master's professional qualification in Educational Psychology
  • Registered with the HCPC
  • Creative and passionate about improving outcomes for pupils
  • Able to work as part of a team and be self-reliant
