Regional Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our team at GAP Group LTD. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving profitability and effectiveness across our Pumps locations within the dedicated region.
Your primary focus will be on recruiting, monitoring, and managing the performance of our staff to ensure complete customer satisfaction. You will strive to provide a consistent high-quality service, equipment, premises, and people to meet our customers' needs.
As a Regional Operations Manager, you will also be responsible for producing accurate monthly KPI reports, identifying any failings relating to depot operations, and providing solutions for improvement. This role will cover our Pumps South region, and you must be prepared for frequent travel between Derby, Tewkesbury, Cardiff, Bury St Edmunds, Tilbury, and Bournemouth.
We are looking for a candidate with significant experience managing and driving profitability within the hire industry, ideally with a background in Pumps/Power/Water Treatment. You should have exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams, as well as an in-depth understanding of customer success and retention strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Recruiting, monitoring, and managing the performance of staff
- Producing accurate monthly KPI reports
- Identifying and addressing any failings relating to depot operations
- Providing solutions for improvement
- Frequent travel between locations within the Pumps South region
We offer a competitive salary and bonus scheme, company car, up to 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and the option to buy up to 5 days additional leave.
