We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Manager to join our team at GAP Group Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving profitability and effectiveness across our Pumps locations within the dedicated region.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Maximize profitability and effectiveness of Pumps locations within the region
* Recruit, monitor, and manage the performance of staff
* Ensure complete customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service, equipment, premises, and people
* Manage General Managers within the division and produce accurate monthly KPI reports
* Identify and provide solutions for improvement in depot operations

**Requirements**

* Significant experience managing and driving profitability within the hire industry
* Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
* In-depth understanding of customer success and retention strategies
* Excellent communication and organizational skills with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
* Driving License (essential)
