Regional Operations Manager

GAP Group LTD is seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving profitability and effectiveness across our Pumps locations within the dedicated region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, monitor, and manage the performance of staff to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Maximise profitability and effectiveness of Pumps locations within the region.
  • Produce accurate monthly KPI reports and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage General Managers within the division and provide solutions for depot operations.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience managing and driving profitability within the hire industry.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • In-depth understanding of customer success and retention strategies.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
  • Driving License (essential).
