Job Title: Software Engineering Team Lead

Salary: Up to £52,400 per annum

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work on multi-billion-pound programmes of work for the Ministry of Defence. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and testing software solutions using Unity, Unreal Engine and other relevant technologies.

Responsibilities
  1. Design and Implementation: Develop software solutions that meet project requirements.
  2. Testing and Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality deliverables by adhering to project processes and software development practices.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead a team of software engineers and provide guidance and support as needed.
  4. Communication: Communicate progress and provide feedback to team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in C# and C++ programming languages, experience with Unity, Unreal Engine and other relevant technologies.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, preferably in Aerospace or Defence sectors.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
