We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to join our team at Aspris Children's Services. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting our young people and providing compassionate care during your time with them.

About the Role:

  • Support our young people and provide compassionate care during your time with them.
  • Responsible for providing care and support to our young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our young people, their families, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they are tailored to the individual needs of our young people.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you are equipped to provide the best possible care.

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential and Childcare is essential.
