About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Safeguarding Manager to join our team on an interim basis. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our vulnerable customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective safeguarding strategies to protect vulnerable individuals.
  2. Provide guidance and support to colleagues in identifying and reporting safeguarding concerns.
  3. Build and maintain strong partnerships with external agencies to ensure a collaborative approach to safeguarding.
  4. Oversee case management, ensuring data is tracked and positive outcomes are achieved to reduce risk and harm.
  5. Develop and maintain safeguarding policies, ensuring compliance with legislative frameworks and best practices.
Requirements:
  1. Experience in managing complex safeguarding cases involving both adults and children.
  2. Knowledge of relevant legislative frameworks, including Safeguarding, Mental Capacity, Domestic Abuse, and reporting processes.
  3. A Level 3 Safeguarding qualification.
  4. Experience in working with specialist groups such as older people, young people, and adults at risk.
