Join Mondelēz International as a Field Sales Development Executive

Are you ready to make a difference in the world of FMCG? We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Field Sales Development Executive in Dundee and North East Fife. In this role, you will be responsible for developing professional relationships with our customers, influencing and optimizing base sales, NPD & promotions. You will ensure great visibility within independent retailers' outlets and ultimately meet your customers' needs. Your drive and determination will lead you to deliver the field sales annual objectives, KPI's and you will have a big opportunity to act as an owner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop professional relationships with customers
  • Influence and optimize base sales, NPD & promotions
  • Ensure great visibility within independent retailers' outlets
  • Meet customer needs and deliver field sales annual objectives, KPI's

Requirements:
  • Self-motivated and disciplined approach towards working alone
  • Preferred sales experience within FMCG or CPG
  • Driver's license with a maximum of 3 points
