Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fieldwork Scheduler to join our team at Proinsight Mystery Shopping. As a Fieldwork Scheduler, you will play a critical role in the success of our business, working closely with our Operations Manager to deliver high-quality insights to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate mystery shops to Mystery Shoppers within agreed deadlines, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Mystery Shoppers, providing excellent briefings and support to ensure successful completion of mystery shops.
  • Investigate and resolve client challenges and hurdles, utilizing Speed and Quality to drive results.
  • Build and maintain a strong shopper database, recruiting new shoppers and developing existing ones to achieve Platinum, Video, and OEC status.
  • Manage shared inboxes and achieve high response rates from clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Lead training and coaching sessions to support the development of team members, including Project Managers and Programme Coordinators.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity, working closely with the Operations team.
  • Support the Head of Operations in handling client challenges and appeals, ensuring seamless resolution and high-quality results.

Reporting:

This role reports directly to the Operations Manager, with regular communication and collaboration with the Head of Operations and Managing Director.
