Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Shop Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team and help drive the growth of our e-commerce platform. As a key member of our Global E-commerce team, you'll be responsible for coordinating resources, implementing platform promotions, and exploring innovative marketing methods to drive sales and engagement.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate resources and implement platform promotions to drive sales and engagement
  2. Develop and execute e-commerce campaigns, including planning campaign themes, key value points, and resources
  3. Analyze data and market feedback to inform business decisions and drive iteration
Qualifications
  1. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate resources and achieve goals
  2. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork awareness, with a focus on data-driven decision making
  3. Minimum 5 years of e-commerce work experience, with a strong understanding of event operation strategies
