Global Shop Development Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global retailer as a Global Shop Development Coordinator. The company collaborates with well-known brands and requires a temporary team member to oversee the brand and personalization program for in-store brand partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and oversee the personalization program and shop development process.
  2. Ensure personalization projects meet brand partner and company standards.
  3. Liaise with store and commercial teams to scope requirements and design guidelines.
  4. Ensure brand installations meet specific guidelines and business needs.
  5. Liaise with local teams to ensure technical requirements are included where necessary.
  6. Monitor brand implementation and provide weekly reports to brand partners.
  7. Accountable for preparing and reviewing packs and proposals.
  8. Define characteristics for brand spaces and fixtures personalization.

Requirements:

  1. Formal design or architecture education.
  2. AUTOCAD user essential.
  3. Retail design experience is highly desirable.

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. You will need to be in the office for the first 4 weeks to get familiar with the role.
