This is an exciting opportunity to join our Commercial department as a Quantity Surveyor.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage commercial aspects of each development, including costs and budgets.
  2. Produce draft budgets, site start budgets, and quarterly valuations.
  3. Complete material cost to complete exercises and produce sub-contract payments and final accounts.
  4. Produce sub-contract orders and maintain trade specifications.
  5. Manage sub-contractors, conduct on-site measurements, and assess payments to contractors.
  6. Attend meetings, contribute to discussions, and maintain relationships with the construction team and external contractors.

Requirements:

  1. GCSE Grade C/4+ or equivalent in English and Maths.
  2. Current CSCS card or equivalent is desirable.
  3. Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently, and excellent attention to detail.
  4. IT literacy and adaptability to new systems.
