Commercial Development Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Commercial department as a Quantity Surveyor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial aspects of each development, including costs and budgets.
- Produce draft budgets, site start budgets, and quarterly valuations.
- Complete material cost to complete exercises and produce sub-contract payments and final accounts.
- Produce sub-contract orders and maintain trade specifications.
- Manage sub-contractors, conduct on-site measurements, and assess payments to contractors.
- Attend meetings, contribute to discussions, and maintain relationships with the construction team and external contractors.
Requirements:
- GCSE Grade C/4+ or equivalent in English and Maths.
- Current CSCS card or equivalent is desirable.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently, and excellent attention to detail.
- IT literacy and adaptability to new systems.
