Job Title: Lead Senior Analyst

Rivet Operations Company is seeking a highly skilled Lead Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting a Marine Corps Systems Command program office in developing metrics and measures to monitor and support integration activities and milestone events of the Program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of professionals in program and acquisition management, including logistics, finance, contracts, and engineering, IT, data, and other DoD acquisition command professional service requirements.
  • Develop reports and illustrate areas for improvement of program activities and events employing a SharePoint Dashboard.
  • Support the synchronization of contractor personnel at different levels of the organization.
  • Empower your team to set the standard for professional excellence for our subcontractor partners and our competitors.
Requirements:
  • Ten years of DoD program analysis experience of increasing complexity in recent information technology environments and programs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
