NonStop Consulting is working with a local authority in Berkshire to find an experienced social worker for their Family Support team.
This role offers the opportunity to work from home, reducing travel time and allowing for greater job satisfaction.
The local authority provides continued training and development for workers, including JI and VRI training, as well as Age assessment training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision is held every 4 weeks, with personal and case supervision. Home visits are conducted within statutory timescales, and meetings such as core group, family support, and Strategy Meetings are held via Microsoft Teams.
