Key Responsibilities- To provide high-quality support services to families, including crisis intervention, counseling, and advocacy.
- To work collaboratively with other professionals, including social workers, psychologists, and educators, to develop and implement individualized plans for families.
- To maintain accurate records and reports, including progress notes, incident reports, and statistical data.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for working with families and supporting their well-being.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in providing support services to families, particularly those with complex needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
This is a full-time position, requiring the successful candidate to work a standard 37.5-hour week, Monday to Friday.
The salary for this role is £29,120 per annum, plus sleep-in payments, reflecting the importance of this position in supporting the well-being of our clients.
