Requirements

  • A degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in providing support services to families, particularly those with complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, requiring the successful candidate to work a standard 37.5-hour week, Monday to Friday.

The salary for this role is £29,120 per annum, plus sleep-in payments, reflecting the importance of this position in supporting the well-being of our clients.
