Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact across multiple customer service platforms.
  • Offer expert product advice and solutions while maintaining excellent service quality.
  • Support customers with queries ranging from skincare, makeup advice, and fashion to nutrition, fitness, or food and beverage.
  • Consistently meet achievable department targets, ensuring high-quality interactions every time.
